Ordered a wig from Paul Young. The wig sent was defective.

It advertised hair length between 4 and 5 inches. The wig had lengths between 3 and 4 inches. I called and sent it back. I was told no shipping fees because it was defective.

They sent the replacement to the billing address not the shipping address. That was returned by post office. They refunded my money less 15.98 for shipping. Why do I have to pay for shipping when they sent a defective item and then they sent it to the wrong address.

I spoke with Nadia from Paula Young today. They said "it is not our fault".. They said I did not specify an address. I said they were working off the original order that did specify and ship to address.

Again - "its not their fault." I am fighting for my refund.

4 months later and still nothing. I will never buy from them again.
