I have ordered several of the Paige style from Paula Young. The one I ordered recently in June arrived the day I needed to wear it to an event.
Having ordered it before I unpacked it, cut the tags and put it on. It was flat, very little curly and did not look like the ones I had ordered before. I wore my old wig which actually looked better. I emailed the customer return department and they told me to follow the instructions for returning.
I explained that the tags were off and why and have gotten no further response from them.
I will not order anything from Paula Young again. The quality is not always good and their customer service is the worst - buyer beware.
