I ordered a Gabor Paradox wig I had tried on at a local store...name and number of the wigs were identical. PY price was good so I ordered it from them plus a lot of other things.
When we received the wig it was not close to what I had tried on at the local store. It looked like it had been trimmed and choppy in the front and sides. I contacted with the information about it not being close to one I had tried on. I sent it back and after several weeks I had not heard from them.
I emailed and was told it was not in Pristine Condition....which is was sent back exactly how I received it. It took over a month and numerous emails later for them to return it to me.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. Will never order from them again and will make sure everyone I know to avoid them.
