Purchased two wigs for hair loose due to a serious medical condition.Tried to put on one of the wigs and needed to cut tag off due to the fact I couldn't place the wig on my head properly.

The wig did not look good but kept the other wig. Repurchased another more expensive wig. Sent back wig in original box and return label. The wig was in their described condition "pristine".

Waited to hear and finally called yesterday. I was told that due to the fact that the tag was off I would not get a refund but could buy the wig back for $5.00. Here is their return policy: Paula Young Returns & Exchanges Returns: Within 30 days of original ship date, pristine items may be returned for a refund, minus shipping and processing fees. Within 31-60 days of original ship date, pristine items may be returned for a refund, minus a $19 restocking fee (per item) and shipping and processing fees.

Nowhere does it say that the tag cannot be removed. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They will take your money and despite saying they will give you a refund they will not. They will find an excuse not to refund your money.

It is a shame because I am a senior with a serious medical condition and on a fixed income.

They will retag the wig and sell it to someone else since it was in "pristine" condition.Shame on them...what a fraud.

Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.

Monetary Loss: $50.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Problem with return, Fraudulant return policy.
