Paula Young - Horrible Company

I ordered a wig color was totally misrepresented. Returned in a timely manner and was only refunded 1/3 of what I paid ! I am contacting Amex, small claims court, BBB and Any online sources I can find. This company is dishonest.

Paula Young - AWFUK

I had to wait over 2 MONTHS to get my money ($150) back for wigs returned exactly as instructed. I called them 7 times and sent emails to their customer service center which genenerated a generic response, never helping or solving the problem. I will NEVER buy from them again!!
