I ordered a Paula Young wig in October. They sent me the wrong size. It took them two months to get me the right color. When it arroved, it was one of the poorest quality products I have ever purchased. Bad quality. Garbage. I will make sure I tell all my friends of my horrible experience.

They sent the wrong color that i did not notice as i was going thru cancer. I waited 38 mimutes for them to connect me to a supervisor. She was hard as nails with no compassion. I wanted to get the correct color and they refused. I have been a loyal customer now for 30 years. I can now see there are hundreds of complaints. Very unhappy with this company.
