I ordered a wig and received it a month later due to a backorder. When I received the wig the color was wrong so I returned it using their return postage.

The package got lost in the mail for weeks. During this time I contacted Paula Young several times asking about the package. I emailed them the other day and they finally received it. I was told that it was donated to charity because it was after the return date policy.

I emailed them again reminding them about the 30 day backorder and the package being lost in the postal system using their return label. Their response was the order was placed on a certain date and it didn't matter what date I received it. Really? How is it my fault that their merchandise was on backorder?

I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and telling everyone I know not to buy from them. Shame on Paula Young for taking advantage of people; especially when they are already dealing with an illness and hair loss.
